There is no hard copy text for this course.
Online Readings will be posted or linked in the course schedule and on the Weekly Readings page.

This course will be directed by three central guiding questions:

What does it mean to be an adaptive and analytical educator in the 21st century?

What does it take to be a 21st century educator who integrates technology effectively?

What is Web 2.0 and why is it important to understand how to use Social Networking Tools?

In this course we will explore current research literature to gain new understandings of the central issues around integrating instructional technologies successfully and effectively. The new millennium requires that all of us learn to be adaptable and analytical problem-solvers, and that we have the skills and knowledge needed to identify and use the best tools to define and accomplish our work. As educators, it is critically important that one develops the expertise to model and teach 21st century skills, concepts and tools whether you work in K12, higher education or the corporate world.

We will be focusing on Web 2.0 tools, concepts and skills.
